Across its 11 years, the Nashville Honors Gala has raised 4.5 million for cancer research. The T.J. Martell Foundation continued its fundraising efforts on February 24th, with the sold-out 12th Annual Honors Gala topping their fundraising record for an evening-surpassing $1 million. Hosted at the Omni Nashville Hotel, the event paid tribute to some of Nashville’s most influential leaders and their outstanding contributions to our community and beyond. The celebration included musical performances and touching tributes by colleagues, friends, and family.

The event celebrated a new class of honorees being acknowledged for their professional accomplishments, community spirit, and philanthropy. Emceed by Charles Esten, the more than deserving honorees included: GRAMMY award-winning artist Amy Grant, Morris Higham Management President Clint Higham, Associate Director for Clinical Research and Director of Phase at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, DR. JORDAN BERLIN, Commercial real estate developer and CEO of Hall | Emery, Patrick G. Emery, and community builders Laurie Seabury and Jim Seabury, CEO of Enterprise Solutions.

The magical evening was marked by a number of dynamic presenters including Reba McEntire, Joel Katz, Dr. Dana Cardin & Dr. Laura Goff, Tom Raney, and Dr. Wright Pinson and special intimate performances by Vince Gill, Carly Pearce & Michael Ray, Wade Hayes, CeCe Winans, and Rascal Flatts.

The annual event was co-chaired by entertainment executive Steve Buchanan and Sweet Talk Publicity President/Owner Jensen Sussman.
