The flavors vary, but each one of these famous face favorites are simple and satisfying. Check out a few of those on our list at the moment…
Blending Ease
You will need a high-power blender (such as Vitamix or a comparable model) and a stash of organic vegetables and fruits for starters. Stocking up on bags of frozen produce is the easiest way always to be prepared for an instant blend, and they’re just as nutrient-packed as fresh or cut offerings. Changing up recipes and adding in things such as vitamins or superfood powders is also an excellent way to build your immune system and keep defenses in top form during the cold-weather season.

This green smoothie has been a staple in Reese’s diet for over nine years. She and costar Kerry Washington attributed their natural glow when shooting Little Fires Everywhere to this tasty treat.

This minty smoothie tastes like a peppermint ice cream treat thanks to the dash of extract (just make sure not to confuse it with the mint’s oil). Just like the other smoothie recipes in her latest book, it’s packed with superfoods and antioxidants to fuel mother and entrepreneur Cavallari on even the busiest days.
