From the owners of Sylvan Park’s neighborhood go-to, answer, comes Flatiron, a new concept planted right in Nashville’s Midtown. Victoria and Chef Chris have created a new eatery that fits right into the ever-growing downtown scene. Located just at the split of Division Street and Broadway, Flatiron will be the perfect pitstop for happy hour cocktails on your way home, dinner before an event, or catching up over brunch with friends. Whatever your reason be, adding this new Midtown destination to your list is a must.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Midtown

THE MENU:

Classic American staples, perfected, with a bit of flair.

THE OVERALL VIBE:

Similar to answer, the bar is the focal point of the whole place – giving it an inviting and laid back feeling.

THE CROWD:

Locals and visitors alike, looking for a great spot to stop before heading to see a concert, sporting event, or just a night out on the town.

THE COCKTAIL:

Order the Rose Mule .. an elevated twist to your classic Moscow mule, it’s the perfect sip of summer.

THE DISH:

What does the chef recommend? The Roast Pork Sandwich – toasted to perfection. The Nashville Hot Fried Oysters are sure to be a hit followed by the Crispy Tofu Salad – reminiscent of a favored dish at answer.

THE PLAYLIST:

A well-blended mix of Classic Rock and Country staples, of course.

THE LOOK:

A minimalist and simplistic look all around, with a vibrant and fun focal wall done by local artist Deb Staver.

THE DRESS CODE:

The perfect spot to make it anything you want it to be. Date night? Dress it up and sit at the bar for cocktails and people watching. Out with friends? Grab a booth in the back for an easy Sunday morning brunch in your best athleisure.
