This past Thursday, Nashville Zoo hosted its annual fundraising event, Sunset Safari. Attendees of the event strolled through the zoo’s grounds, sipping on local cocktails and dining on food from over 50 of Nashville’s top restaurants. A silent auction featuring exclusive zoo experiences, special guest judges for the Best Dish Competition, and a custom-jewelry Kendra Scott bar were all new to this year’s event. Guests dawned their best safari-chic attire and enjoyed a lively summer night of catching up with friends and trying their city’s best food and beverages.
Sponsors of this wild evening included UBS, the Tennessee Titans, Coca-Cola, Sunrise Contracting and more. Co-chairs Allison Demarcus, Jennie Garth Lowe, Karly Hart and Julie Dretler put on a lovely evening for guests, including live music from The Green Hillsbillies.
